Better Homes and Gardens, a trusted name in home furnishings, focuses on delivering timeless and affordable design solutions to Walmart customers. As part of the design team, I conceptualized and developed original textile and product designs that elevated in-store offerings. In the latter part of my role, I directed the development of hard lines and hard home products, including furniture, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer needs. I partnered closely with factories and vendors to bring these designs to life, ensuring quality and consistency. My work involved trend forecasting, material selection, and creating detailed technical specifications, all aimed at producing customer-focused designs that enhanced their everyday living spaces.
